Hello! I recently purchased a refurbished HP 15.6" touchsmart laptop. I had to buy a Windows 8 installation disk because the laptop had nothing on it what so ever.
Everything seems to be working fine, but I can't get my xp-pen Artist 12 to work with it, it has no pressure sensitivity in any program I try it with.
I have disabled and enabled windows ink, as well as playing with settings with each individual program, but still no pressure. It shows fine in the xp-pen program, though.
I contacted the support team for the tablet and they said it might be due to the touch screen on the laptop conflicting with the tablet.
I have tried updating and rolling back all of the drivers, but nothing seems to be helping.
Is there anything I can do to make them work together, or are they just completely incompatible?
Thanks!
