I have a concern regarding a significant issue with the trackpad of my HP Envy Laptop , which I have owned for approximately 2.5 years.
After a regular clean, the laptop screen was closed. The next day when I opened my laptop, it had marks that I thought was not fully cleaned but it turned out to be the coating peeled. I have observed that the trackpad's coating has been peeling off, leading to noticeable difficulties in navigation and overall usability. This deterioration is disappointing, particularly given HP's reputation for quality and my expectations of durability from a laptop with premium specifications.
I kindly request that HP address this matter promptly and provide an appropriate resolution. A device of this caliber should exhibit greater resilience under regular use. I am very careful about my laptop, have a case for it, and only take it to school when I use it, a a college student, this is very disappointing because I really like this laptop.
I look forward to your timely response and an effective solution to this issue.
