Hi, I've just tried to connect my HP LE1901w monitor to a PS4 HDMI port through a VGA Adapter.
No signal was displayed.
Note that the ouput coming from other HDMI sources (e.g. from a Laptop) is regularly shown.
I wonder if the driver of PS4 is not updated..
Cuold be this one the problem?
Many thanks in advance
Paolo

Hi guys, I've fixed the problem by using an active HDMI-VGA Adapter instead of a passive one.
Now the video signal converted in VGA format is correctly displayed by the monitor.
The audio signal, extracted through a Stereo Jack port, is amplified by a couple of loudspeakers.
Bye
