HP Spectre x360 - 15-ap012dx (ENERGY STAR)

I have an HP Spectre 360 Convertible and I am trying to hook up dual monitors to it. I only have 1 HDMI port and have tried an HDMI splitter and a docking station to connect the HDMI and DP port but I can only get 1 monitor to work. I can do dual monitors if I use my laptop as one of the monitors but that is not what I want. The monitors I have are Sceptre curved HDMI 75Hz. Any help is MUCH appreciated.

Its specs

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04956734

It has  4 USB 3.0 (1 Type-C) therefore If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

The HDMI splitter is a joke.

You have to use USB port directly from machine, not from the hub.
