Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to connect an S2 triple screen extender to this laptop using my usb-c and usb-a ports. I get an error message stating the USB Device is not recognized. The screens say no input and go to sleep.

According to the specifications, it does not have a USB Co A port compatible with DisplayPort, which is why it does not display an image.
