Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Plugged in an HDMI cable that was previously working to my LG TV to screen an iTunes movie. The movie played on the laptop screen, but the tv screen only mirrored a black screen with the bottom menu bar showing. Wondering why this function is no longer working? Checked the HDMI cord and it is ok.

I know iTunes movies have High-bandwidth Digital Content (HDCP) which may cause the problem. You have to remove HDCP. How ? I don't know because this may break copyright.

 

You can use Google to find out how.
