There are several post here about this annoying CapsLock on-screen popup notification that always seems to get in the way.  Several provided answers are centered around HP Hotkey Support and setting a registry key which many folks do not have installed and thus do not have the provided registry key.  Several other answers involve Windows accessibility or display settings - none of which worked for my HP notebook with Windows 11 installed.  Turns out the fix was the driver for my Logitech mouse.  To fix, bring up the Logitech configuration tool (for me, it is called Logi+), click on the gear settings widget, scroll to the bottom and unset "Caps lock, Num lock, Scroll lock, and Fn lock notification" and that may just fix your issue.  It did for me.
