Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-cp0598sa

I've damaged the touch screen on my HP Envy. Now the laptop thinks I'm touching the screen in random places constantly making Windows unusable. I've found solutions turn off the touch screen on the Web but they all involve changing settings via Windows, which is impossible in my situation.

Are there any other ways to turn off the touch screen?
