You need a Spanish keyboard. There are few ways to use code
The lowercase ⟨ñ⟩ can be made in the Microsoft Windows operating system by typing Alt + 164 or Alt + 0241 on the numeric keypad (with Num Lock turned on); the uppercase ⟨Ñ⟩ can be made with Alt + 165 or Alt + 0209 .
I have to use Vietnamese letters/characters everyday but my machines all have a software to do that (Windows also has Vietnamese keyboard). Sometimes I have to type French or special symbols, my work around is to use Google . For example asking for 90 Celsius degree on Google I can get: 90°C . In your case you can ask for n tilde.
I believe Windows also has Spanish keyboard built-in software.
Regards.
