When typing on the laptop's keyboard, apparently random keys are produced. For example, if I type the letter i, io appears, and if I type K, KL appears. Utilizing an external keyboard works fine, and limited testing of the screen's keyboard appears fine.
Additionally, when attempting to delete one email with the mouse, all emails are scrolled and deleted.
To date, I have:
Rebooted, to include shutting down laptop and then holding power key down for 15+ seconds.
Checked ease of access which appears to be properly set.
Uninstalled keyboard drivers, restarted computer
Checked for computer updates
Conducted hardware test of keyboard, which yielded error code: 937W7K-9AGA8G-GXGJ2K-G51N03
Please advise as to what is wrong, and how to fix.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I did decode the failure ID and it refers to Letter Key Failure which is hardware issue.
