I connected usb-c hub to the laptop , HP Pavilion 15t-cs200 CTO, but monitors do not work.

  • What is make a model of the USB C hub?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

The USB C port on your computer doesn't support the display. Please refer to the below service guide for your computer for more information.
