Hello Good Day,

 

I would like to ask if anyone know a fix my USB C port does not work for a Display monitor.  I would like to use my USB-C port for a 2nd/3rd Display Monitor I already purchase a USB-C dock to connect an HDMI cable on it. I know that the dock is working as I also use the dock on my other laptop for a 3rd Display.

I do not see how this could possibly work -- the USB-C port is high-speed data transfer only.

Data Transfer only = No display support
