HP Pavilion Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I have an HP Pavilion running on Windows 10 64bit processer.  I recently got a USB-C Hub Multi Port adapter so i can display multiple external screens at once.  Unfortunately, when I plug in the external monitors to the USB-C Hub Multi Port adapter, the monitors are not recognized and nothing is displayed.  It's strange because I have external portable keyboard and mouse and when I plug in the USB transmitter into the USB-C Hub Multi Port adapter, my computer seems to recognize it.  Not sure why it does not recognize the monitors I have plugged into the USB-C Hub.  I don't believe the USB-C Hub is defective because it works with my friend's laptop (who has a Dell).  So I'm thinking it's something to do with my HP laptop.

Any help is much appreciated!

Not all USB-C ports are the same. We need to know what is your Pavilion ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

For YOUR security reason, please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n) on Internet.

Regards.
