Hi HP Community, I recently purchased Philips Brilliance 272P7VUBNB 27" which includes USB C hub built in to charge and display with power delivery up to 65 W. When i plug in my HP Spectre 13-v011dx USB C charging port to USB C port in monitor the display works but it does not charge. I've tried the other ports and tried different plug in scenarios and nothing works. I even plugged in my Macbook Pro 2017 model and no luck. I have an LG monitor at work and displays and charges my Macbook so not sure what's going wrong. I'm ordering an HP USB C to USB C cable to see if this help. Any advice is helpful.

Please try other USB-C port because 1 of 3 ports does not support Power Delivery.
Regards.

Thank you for your reply, I tried the charge thunderport as well as the three other USB C slots with no luck. I installed the Phillips drivers today and still nothing. I was able to power and display my MacBook PRO. I think it may have to do with the supplied Phillips cable but not sure.
