Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Laptop Model RTL8821CE and am having trouble finding out what type of USB-C to Duel HDMI HUB is compatible to this laptops USB-C port. I am not even sure if this computer's interface can support audio and video. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can find this information.

- Exact model of your printer / Desktop/ notebook (if you need help, click here for information on how to find your model number model).
- Operating system (including revisions made with service packs, 32-bit or 64-bit, etc.)
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Error messages - on the printer display and/or computer, any patterns for flashing lights.
- Any system changes before the problem starts (Example: Operating System Update, Software installation);

I am LAN line connected

No blinking lights or error messages. I have purchased 2 HUBs and neither register as having been plugged in to my computer.

I see you are experiencing USB C port issues with the HP Notebook not working correctly.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • There is 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C and 1 HDMI port on this model.
