Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a QGeeM 12 in one adarpter USB C. If I use my old DELL Laptop the USB C is working with the 2 HDMI adapterss and the differents ports too. Now, I would like to do the same in my new HP Laptop 15s-fq2025ns, but when I have tried to connect my laptop everything is working but not the HDMI adapters.  It is very frustating 😠!!

I can't find official specs of your machine BUT it should be very close (if not the same) the following machine (on different market)

It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine
  • Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter
