HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 (322X6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have been for the past 6-8 months working with my laptop connected to 2 external monitors. I have 1 connected to the single HDMI port my laptop has and the other has been connected to a USB-C to HDMI cable and everything has worked perfectly. Until last night I was using my computer away from my home for the majority of the day and when I re-connected to the monitors only the HDMI port-connected monitor is showing. The USB-C is not recognized, it is not showing my devices or as a screen option. When I plug it in it gives me the notification noise that it was plugged in but nothing is being displayed. I switched it to the HDMI direct cable and it works, I purchased a new USB-C to HDMI cable nothing happened it doesn't even make the notification noise. I tried switching USB-C ports same results. I tried looking through all of the devices connected to the computer the HDMI device shows in the list as the monitor the USB device only say USB-C Video Adapter nothing else. These monitors are 27" Samsung F27T350FHN. As I said it was working for months now nothing.
Just for reference I updated my Graphics card drivers both of them the built in and the Nvidia GTX3060, I updated whatever drivers were showing as available for download. I really need these double external monitors for work, I can get by with the single but its not ideal at this time.
