Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone.  I have not been able to get USB-C to HDMI to work on my HP laptop. Can anyone confirm if the USB-C on “HP Pavilion 13 13-An0031wm” supports Display or it is merely for data transfer only?

Have you tried USB-C DP (not HDMI) cable ?

Thank you for your advice on this.  No, I have not tried USB-C to DP yet.  I just want to make sure the USB-C port of my current HP laptop supports display out before I purchase an adapter and DP cable for this purpose.
