Hi, i recently bought a HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ar0xxx and tried hooking it up to my samsung smart TV with a HDMI cable and a Belkin USB-C to HDMI adapter (this one: https://www.belkin.com/us/p/P-F2CU038bt/) to HDMI port 3 on my TV. However a picture would not appear on the TV. The laptop is connected to the TV, i can see that as the audio output has changed to the TV speakers.
After some testing i discovered that everything worked correctly if i used HDMI port 1 on the TV, but not if i used HDMI port 2,3 or 4. I then tested the adapter on other devices on those ports, and they all worked correctly, which rules out any faults with the adapter, TV or HDMI cable.
Any help would be appreciated, as it is necessary for me to able to connect to any HDMI port.

@Harman99 Welcome to HP Community!
I suggest you also test the USB port operation with a USB flash drive or other USB devices, that would seem to point to the possibility of the USB port being a faulty unit.
