I currently use an ANKER USB-C Hub to share my display with a single external monitor via USB-C.

 

But when I try to use a new dock (VisionTek VT2510) to share with 2 external monitors (also via USB-C)  it doesn't work for either monitor.

 

Is this some sort of compatibility issue with the dock/hub itself? Thoroughly confused.
