USB-C wont transmit the picture to an external monitor, but the mouse and keyboard work.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have the HP hub the has additional usb, usb-c, hdmi ports, and it can also charge a laptop, but it doesnt work on mine. My girlfriend also has HP, but for here it works. When I connect to my laptop, its says that the display is limited so I have no picture,

What is your machine ? Does its USB-C port support Alt Mode ? Please use System Information to find out its SKU. For example
