I wanted help why my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1000 can not connect to my DELL 2419HC Monitor using Type-C port?

 

In the HP manual, it says my laptop supports it. 

My other EliteBook also works fine with this monitor Type-C .

Same issue. HP support also not helpful. they said incompatibility and closed the ticket. Did anyone found any solution.
