I tested USB port check, which is "Failed".
Failure ID: 9E0G1L-8MMAAR-MFPURG-8D4303
On the USB port, the second monitor (model: Samsung S27D360) is connected via HDMI Cable , but the second monitor is turning on any longer. Previously, when I had this problem, I unplugged and reconnected the cable and the monitor came back on. However, the monitor does not turn on any longer, when I disconnect and reconnect the cable.
I have tested the USB port via system BIOS and got the Failed diagnosis. The Failure ID is listed above.
Before testing the port, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver from the Device Manager, which did not solve the problem. I have the "Extended" mode setting for a second monitor.
On Windows Setting >> Display, the computer shows two monitors when the cable is connected. However, when I click "Detect", it shows "Didn't detect another display." It also looks like the mouse goes to the second monitor as well, disappearing from the first monitor.
