hi, i have a LG 34CB99-W 34" monitor
and HP ENVY x360 - 15-aq273cl laptop
both have a USB Type-C and i purchased them main reason both of them have a USB Type-C
but they don't work each other
any ideas why they don't support each other ?
laptop connected as "USB 3.0 and Texas instruments USB Billboard Device" and it keep says " USB Device functionality might be limited "
please let me know if you have any solutions

As I understand, you're trying to connect the monitor to your notebook using USB C type port.
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you,
I suggest you try connecting to the port (USB port with the thunderbolt) next to HDMI port on the right-hand side of the notebook.
It should work.

Flower_bud, petal, please answer the question! He was not asking how to plug in a usb-c cable, a task that can be completed by any 5 year old without instruction, although I suppose it's funny that you think your customer is that stupid. He was asking why he gets a USB-C billboard error and how to fix it.
