HP Envy 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got hp envy 13t with i7 8565u,  intel uhd 620,  nvidia mx250, 8gb ram and 256 gb ssd.

I have updated the bios, the windows, the drivers and everything else.

The problem I have been having is that when I run the benchmark for my computer on userbenchmark.com, the benchmark gives me an error saying that it cannot find any direct 3d compatible devices. I don't know what is going on but I do know for a fact that it has to do with the intel uhd620.
