Hi @BHAANU ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble opening the HP Pen Control app on your HP Envy X360 13.3 Inch laptop running Windows 11, there could be a few reasons why this is happening.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check Compatibility: Ensure that the HP Pen Control app is compatible with Windows 11 and your specific model of HP Envy laptop. You can check this information on the HP website
- Update Drivers and Software: Make sure that your laptop's drivers and software are up to date. Sometimes outdated drivers or software can cause compatibility issues with apps like HP Pen Control. Software and Drivers for HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000
- Reinstall the HP Pen Control App: Try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Pen Control app. To do this, you can go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find the HP Pen Control app, and select Uninstall. Then, download and install the latest version of the HP Pen Control app from the HP website or the Microsoft Store.
- Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows 11 operating system is up to date by checking for and installing any available updates. Sometimes, updates can include fixes for compatibility issues with certain apps.
- Run Troubleshooter: Windows has built-in troubleshooters that can help identify and fix problems with apps and hardware. You can try running the troubleshooter for apps to see if it can detect and resolve any issues with the HP Pen Control app.
