Once the HDMI to VGA Converter arrives I will check it out. Also will check for Graphics Display/ Video updates on my HP Pavilion.

Thank you for your advice and assistance.

However,  I have turned my Screen Resolution to its lowest, connected it  with a HDMI Lead via a powered HDMI2VGA converter to the VGA input of my BenQ  MP611c Projector to no avail. All it will permit me to do is the EXTEND my Display but not Duplicate.

It seems that my 2009 BenQ MP611c SVGA Projector is not compatible.

So perhaps I will need to purchase another digital projector.
