Pavilion 11-s003TU
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hi All,

I failed to project my laptop (S/N: [edit]) withany external monitor either with VGA cable or with HDMI. When I pressed "f4" button it showed "Your PC can't project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using different video card".

Please suggest how do I resolve this issue.

Thanks in adv.

Hi:

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W8.1 or for 32 bit operating systems.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the W8.1 32 bit graphics driver directly from Intel.

Download and install the 1st driver on the left side of the webpage, and restart the PC.
