Product: HP laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My laptop is 2mo old. Hinge is shot, so Im using duct tape to keep it up. Now, when I  type the word "business", it types "bgtusinhyess". I got it for our new online business. Pissed off & disappointed. Nobody knows how to help. And no, I'm not opening the hinge. It is 2 mo. old. Not voiding my warranty, period. I want a full refund so I can purchase a non-HP laptop. Our business was to go live in 4 days. We have to abandon it now. 

 

It took 45 minutes to type this post, btw. Im livid. From what I understand, this is typical for HP laptops.

I understand your frustration, but this is just self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we are not authorized to deal with warranty, service or equipment refund issues. For these issues, you will need to contact HP Customer Support.
