Microsoft Windows 11

I upgraded to windows 11 from windows 10. After that I was not able to use the Elan WBF fingerprint services from sign in options.  It shows that the option is available, but I am not able to see any pop-up screen, tried different versions of drivers, but did not solve the problem. In device manager, it shows, that it's working fine but I am not able to use it.

In the event viewer it shows me the error code 411. This is what I get in event viewer.
