Hello, i own an HP Pavillion eh3000nv since October of 2023.
Last August (2024), i has some issues with burned pixels and after communicating with HP Support Greece, i sent it for repair.
After 2,5 weeks i got it back, the screen was placed assymetrically and there was glue left on the sides, but anyway.
Now, around 3-4 weeks ago, my laptop had again burned pixels issue, this time larger and on two sides, not one. I sent it again to be repaired, again 2.5 weeks waiting time, and when i get it back, the issue is still there! And ive got a paper writing there has been an LVDS replacement, and all tests were ok!
And again, im calling HP Support Greece, to tell them about the issue still being there, and after some days they tell me that warranty doesnt cover it, and now my screen is also blinking.
I asked for a person to talk to, other than the technical support guys, to let them know about the issue, how dissapointing all that stuff is, and lastly, ask for a replacement for my laptop or something, cause i only got it for 1,5 year and i already had the same issue twice, and its not a cheap laptop. When the guarranty is over, then what?
So, in conclusion, i would like someone to speak with and get some actual help about the issue, and not spend hours speaking with technical support and doing useless moves that are a burden to the laptop.
