HP Notebook - 15-dw0038wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Randomly the screen I'm working on disappears to be replaced by the desktop with one or more faint screen-like rectangles.  It  began infrequently; but now it happens every few minutes.

Of course, none of the canned topics on the HP support assistant or help pages address this topic.  The virtual assistant is useless. I've wasted a lot of time trying to create a support ticket (the notebook is still under warrenty); I keep going around in circles.
