I really appreciate your help. I'm guessing there isn't a central area where HP keeps its log files?

Hello @ukcats270

(1) This HP driver ( sp135985.exe ) supports only NVIDIA NVS 310 and NVS 315

This is the reason why NVS 510 is not updated / nothing happens ...

(2) Try this one:

R470 U10 (473.81) 2022.8.2

I will give that a try. For the future, how can I know if the release is for my desktop. It is the standard build, so I was under the assumption that if HP puts it out as an update, it applies. Also, does anyone know if there are logs anywhere that lists the reasons for failures? This isn't the only type of firmware that's failed.
