I want to get a monitor so I can have better graphics and more frames and hz and overall better performance in games but I want to use a usb c to displayport cable... So does my hp pavilion 15 support usb type c graphics?

What is your HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B5AV) ? It could be one of the following machines
For example : HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2015nf .
Your machine should have SAME ports as the above machine. It ONLY has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter
If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use
Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as
Short answer: No, you can't use USB-C port on your machine for "graphics".
