What is your HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B5AV)  ? It could be one of the following machines

            https://support.hp.com/rs-en/product/hp-pavilion-15.6-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-15-ec2000/2100188522/mod...

For example :   HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2015nf .

Your machine should have SAME ports as the above machine. It ONLY has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use

     Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,

Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                    USB to HDMI Adapter

Short answer: No, you can't use USB-C port on your machine for "graphics".

Regards..
