HP Recommended

Hi 15 days back I brought hp G9 255 laptop, in this laptop Operative system is not install so I gave for gave service center they also not unable to install os in laptop because of port hp pc am facing issue. I tried calling hp support but none of person responding properly can anybody guid us to solve
