Product: Elitebook 850 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to get a Dell WD15 docking station to work with my EliteBook 850 G3 laptop using the USB C port and so far I am able to get network connection and access to the keyboard but there is no video.

 

How do I fix this?

Definitely your Elitebook 850 G3 and your Dell WD15 dock are NOT compatible. Your machine is compatible with few docks listed on page 3 of the following information

I'm having the same issue with an Elitebook 755 G4 (Ryzen 7). I'm not sure if it is a driver issue.

Very disappointing as we have a lot of those WD15 around and we were hoping to retain them for a while. A macbook works just fine with a WD15.

Would you have found a solution?
