Using the pen on the HP Spectre x360 results in black screen, locked laptop

Hi community, using the pen on the x360 within OneNote works for about ten seconds before my laptop's screen goes black and locks (like Windows + L and makes me sign-in to my Windows account again). This also only happens if I put my palm on the screen and if it is in tablet mode. Restarting the computer doesn't help and my drivers are all updated.

We screen going blank while using the Styles.

Check for the BIOS update.?

check for the graphic card update?
