hp omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I AM DEVASTATED.

there were some dead pixels on my laptop screen and I was feeling current shock when touching my laptop
nothing has resolved
A engineer came and he has no knowledge about OMEN laptops. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO OPEN MY LAPTOP .

HE DID NOT KNOW THAT IN HP OMEN ...TAPE SUPPORTS THE SCREEN FROM BEHIND .. HE IMAGINED THAT TAPE IS ON THE SIDES OF SCREEN SO HE CUT SIDES USING BLADE AND CREATED PERMANANTLY BLACK LINE ON SCREEN.
basically he cut the screen and created a permanent black line.
And he said that there is no electric shock problem... but when i tested with an electric tester I got high current flowing all over in my laptop metallic part
I filed complaint  That I want different engineer because previous one was not HAVING any info about omen
but after some days that same engineer came again .. I had to left important meeting ....
He opened my laptop ..and told ..oh I brought wrong screen .. he packed my laptop
I asked him to check for current shock .... he opened his big and gave a old adaptor(not of omen model) and said use it it will work ...
But i resisted .. I told him to check if there is any possibility that whole charger is faulty..i insisted
so he checked again with my tester ....EVEN he did not have his own tester ...
he said ...oh the whole charger is faulty .. SUPPOST iF I DID NOT HAVE TESTER AT THAT TIME ... I AM FEELING ELECTRIC SHOCK EVERYDAY ON MY LAPTOP.
So here is the conclusion .....
