Good day! I have been using hp laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 3700u with Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics. the aim of this messaage is, that DirectX diagnostic (dxdiag) shows that vga has 8 gb of memory, but it uses 2gb. Is there 8 gb or 2 gb of vga memory? Can you tell how i can use my vga for all 100%?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
This tool is used to collect info about devices to help troubleshoot problems with DirectX sound and video. A support person might ask for this info, or you might post it in a forum when you ask for help.
-
In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results.
-
In the tool, select Save All Information for an easily shared format.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
