Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs035ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got  HP Notebook - 15-bs035ne two monthes ago the problem is the blue screen .
code : VIDEO TDR FAILURE .
what failed : atikmpag.sys.
just while browsing the internet.
but unfortunately i do not know the reason or details.

I've tried what you you've mentioned but unfortunately the issue is not solved.

I've updated them, but the black screen still appears.
May this issue be due to old files from the old graphics driver version and I've to delete them and reinstall the latest driver version again as i did with "atikmpagsys" !!
