Hi @5CD352815M,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
I’m really sorry you’re dealing with the frustration of a Blue Screen error, especially with your gaming laptop—it can really throw a wrench into your work or play. Let's try to get this sorted out.
- Have you recently installed any new drivers, software, or updates that could have triggered the issue?
 - Does the error occur during specific activities, like gaming or streaming, or is it random?
 - Have you noticed any hardware issues, like overheating or unusual noise from the laptop?

Let's try these steps.
- Update Graphics Drivers: Go to Device Manager, expand "Display Adapters," and check for updates on your graphics card driver. Alternatively, visit the HP or GPU manufacturer’s website (NVIDIA/AMD) for the latest drivers.
 - Run Windows Memory Diagnostic: Press Windows + R, type mdsched.exe, and choose to restart and check for memory issues. Sometimes a faulty RAM module can trigger this error.
 - Check for Overheating: Make sure your laptop is not overheating. Ensure vents are not blocked, and try using it on a hard, flat surface to improve airflow.
 - Perform System File Check: Open Command Prompt as Administrator and type sfc /scannow to check for any corrupted system files.
 - Rollback Recent Updates or Drivers: If the problem started after a recent update, you can try rolling back the graphics driver or Windows update to see if that resolves the issue.
