Hi @Ejirodo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I'm here to help with HP products and services, but it seems like your issue is related to VPN or Proxy settings rather than a specific HP product issue. However, I Would request you to please follow the below steps.

Disable VPN:

  • Windows: Open your VPN application or go to Settings > Network & Internet > VPN, and disconnect or remove the VPN connection.
  • Mac: Open System Preferences > Network, select your VPN connection, and click "Disconnect."

Disable Proxy:

  • Windows: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy, and ensure "Use a proxy server" is off.
  • Mac: Go to System Preferences > Network, select your network connection, click "Advanced," and navigate to the Proxies tab. Uncheck any proxy settings if they are enabled.

Alternative device:

I would also request you to please try using a different laptop and check whether it works there.

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!
