Every morning, my HP laptop vibrates for 5 seconds 2 times. Its like an alarm. I cant find where or why its happening. It does not seem like a fan issue. More like an alarm. Please help me if you know what is happening!

The windows clock has an alarm feature.  Possibly you accidently set it.

The laptop cannot be sleeping, turned off or hibernating else it will not sound.

If you shut the lid and it did not go to sleep then the alarm will work.

There are other possibilities such as getting a WAN wakeup message
