Product: HP ProBook 470 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After watching so many YouTube videos for a certain period of time my computer stops running the videos but the audio continues to play. Then the video stops all together and the load circle come on. I updated all the software from Microsoft update, HP update, and driver update. But it continues to stop playing videos. I saw multiple Vulkan software updates on Unistaller and unistalled the older ones but it still continues. Can anyone help me?

Hi,

 

Most likely due to heat on the GPU. Keep your machine cooller may help. Please try:

My laptop is on a stand so there is air flowing underneath. I will unplug the cord and see if that will work. But for now, I will continue to restart my laptop whenever it stops working.
