Hi, i have problem with discrete video card in my notebook. In driver found two: Intel HD Graphic 5500 and AMD Radeon R5 M200. But when i rendering video (example in Adobe Premiere) or have other hard graphic work. Discrete video card (Radeon) is not workin - in Task Manager see 0%, when Intel have 100%. I use note book several year and tried install diferenrt driver (last win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-20.2.2-mar5), but card is not working.

I understand your concerns.
I request you to use the AMD autodetect software from AMD and install it on the PC, which will detect the video card and will download the suitable driver for it to work on the PC.

In that case, I would suggest you try creating a new user account on your computer.
Go to http://hp.care/2dWJKgW and follow the steps to create a new user account.
If the issue still persists, please perform the system reset.
