this is a video from instagram.this is a video from instagram.

Pictures and videos on YouTube work fine, but all other videos, even downloaded ones, look like this. This is very frustrating and I would really appreciate an answer. Thanks.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Method 1:

  1. Select the Start button.
  2. Click Settings and select Ease of Access.
  3. Select Magnifier.
  4. Click the toggle control under Turn on Magnifier.
  5. Click the Gear icon in the Magnifier control window to open the Magnifier Options window.
  6. Click Turn on colour inversion.
  7. Close the Magnifier Options window.

Method 2: Microsoft

  1. In an empty space on the desktop screen, right-click on your mouse and select Personalize.
  2. The Settings app will open and you will see the options available for Background.
  3. At the right side of the window, click High contrast settings under Related Settings.
  4. Below High contrast, you can select your desired theme from the drop-down menu. In your case, select None to restore your theme back to its old setting.
  5. Click Apply for the changes to take effect.

Both of these methods did nothing to affect the color display of videos. Any other ways of troubleshooting?
