Product: HP Spectre x360 2019 Edition 13-ap0010na 4K
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I stream a 4k UHD video on amazon Prime I am only getting a display of 1080 HD and not UHD. My broadband speed is 40mp which I understand is more that enough so why dont I get the higher display? And yes I do have a 4k screen resolution.

x3605XX is not a valid product. What is the screen resolution of your computer ? You can't get4K videos on your machine if its screen only has 1920 x 1080 it will display as FHD only.
Regards.
