Hello,
All the other keys on my keyboard are working except for the shortcut keys for the volume (mute, lower, higher) keys and Display Brightness (lower, higher), so a total of 5 keys aren't responding. There used to be small orange light on the key indicating that the mute was on for speaker or microphone but it isn't lighting up anymore. I have a windows 10 enterprise 64-bit installed in HP Elitebook 745 G6. It's a new laptop, maybe used for like 2 months at most and no spills have occurred. Not sure what the issue is here. I am able to mute/un-mute or adjust brightness my going to the settings though.
My OCD is killing me on this. Someone, please help!

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to (re)install the latest version of the HP Hotkey support software for your notebook...
Restart the PC after installing the software.
The HP Hotkey Support (HPHKS) software provides the support for handling the Hotkeys and bezel or cap-sense buttons (fixed notebook buttons that provide quick access to a particular function when pressed) for HP business notebooks. This package is provided for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.
