WEBCAM Error Code - 0xa00f4292 photo capture start time out.

While trying to correct this error I went to HP customer service center. First they told they don't check it because it is out of warranty. When I told them took the genuine fee and check this then they checked it and they told me hardware is working fine its a software issue and don't charge any amount for this service. Then I talked to microsoft service center they told me hp webcams are not supporting our software please re install your windows and I did the same but the problem is still. Nothing is changed in this WEBCAM Error Code - 0xa00f4292 photo capture start time out.
