Hi everyone:
I have a refurbished HP Laptop with Windows 10 (don't know whether it's 32 or 64 bit) OS. I recently bought a Wacom Bamboo pen. I got it to "register" with Bluetooth, but it makes no impression on screen.
The screen is working when I draw my finger across it, but does not register the pen. Is the pen defective, or is Wacom not compatible? I tried switching to MS mode; doesn't seem to to work either; perhaps I didn't do it correctly?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, if this pen isn't compatible, what pen is?
Should I invest in a tablet? Are Wacom tablets compatible?
Sorry for all the questions!
Thanks again!

@MZPIP
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
After reading your post, I did go through the Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus of your product HP Laptop 15-Bs2xx and found that your computer model supports Passive styluses. ( Wacom not compatible with this product )
If your model is not listed but features a touch screen, it is still compatible with a passive stylus. Passive styluses do not require batteries, do not have any configurable options, and do not use specific pen software.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
